Tenggol is probably one of the closest island on the East Coast to Kuala Lumpur. It's only 4 - 5 hours drive from Kuala Lumpur to Dungun, where the jetty to Tenggol Island is located. From Dungun, it's only a 45-minute boat ride to the island!
